My practice seeks to provide a professional legal service, whilst charging reasonable fees. I have over 12 years experience in the legal profession, including several years at the Victorian Bar as a Barrister and a long-standing involvement with Community Legal Centres (CLCs), both as an employee and as a volunteer.

German-speaking

I am fluent in both written and spoken High German (Hoch-Deutsch). I spent the first 15 years of my life living and being educated in Müllheim an der Ruhr, Germany. I have continued my interest in my heritage with extensive research in German Philosophy, Literature and History here in Australia as part of my University studies. Since migrating to Australia in 1977, I have returned to Germany on several occasions for lengthy visits.

Good Advocacy

In most cases, I provide my own representation to my clients when going to Court. I fall back on my years of experience whilst at the Victorian Bar and since then as a Solicitor Advocate to achieve the best possible result for my clients. Occasionally, it becomes necessary to brief a Barrister with special knowledge of a particular area of the law and I will discuss this with you before engaging a member of Counsel on your behalf.
